Appointment Deposit

Some services at Styled On Melbourne require a deposit when booking. Your deposit is not an extra charge it is simply held on an account for you and taken off your final bill. Please know that the you will only ever loose your deposit if you cancel your appointment within 24hrs, don't show up for your appointment or are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled time. If you do need to reschedule your appointment prior to 24 hours before the time your deposit will simply transfer to your next appointment

Cancellation Fee

For appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time, we charge a $50 fee.

Reminder Service

We have an SMS reminder service which is sent out 72 prior to your appointment. When receiving your message we ask that you confirm with YES to confirm or call the call number for any changes. Styled On Melbourne reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments. “No shows” will be required to pay deposits for all future appointments.

Appointment Times

Please arrive to your appointment on time, failure to arrive on time may result in a change to your service as it impacts the time we have to complete the full service. We will do everything we can to accommodate but it’s not always possible.
